I. RULES + REGULATIONS
There are several major rules that will be enforced at all times while in CAR games. These rules will also be enforced on Discord. If any of the following rules are broken, expect a demotion or exile.
1. As a Trooper+, grammar is to be as clean and formal as possible. Make sure sentences are correct and contains proper punctuation.
2. Maturity will always be required. Keep everything professional.
3. No arguing with CAR members, visitors, or hostiles.
4. Cursing or flaming will not be tolerated.
5. Major+ are required to be active, in-game frequently, hosting events, and helping or answering any CAR questions or concerns from its members.
II. VEHICLE RULES + REGULATIONS
1. Speeders can be used by Trooper+
2. 104th can only use and operate the UTAT and ATTE. The driver must be a Tank Operator+.
3. There is no raider limit on when a tank can be brought onto the battlefield.
4. To operate a tank, permission must be granted by a Captain+ in that server or a Minor Officer+ in 104th. If the person who granted the use of the tank leaves the game, you must destroy the tank unless ordered otherwise by a Captain+ or a 104th Minor Officer+.
5. No killing CAR or allies while operating any CAR vehicle.
III. CADET ACADEMY RULES + REGULATIONS
1. Cadet Instructors are to be Sergeant-Major+.
2. Cadet Instructors are to host at least 3 cadet trainings weekly.
3. In order to pass cadet training, a cadet has to take the auto-academy test and pass all fields or pass a training hosted by a cadet instructor.
4. Cadets are expected to use proper grammar as well as know the CAR rules before becoming a Trooper.
5. After a cadet training, instructors are to send the cadet promotion list to the Cadet Academy Commandant. It's the Commandants job to constantly promote the cadets who pass trainings, no one else.
IV. DIVISION RULES + REGULATIONS
1. No cadets are allowed in any division.
2. Division Commanders and officers are required to host at least 2 trainings or patrols for their divisions weekly.
3. Any fighting between divisions will result in a demotion for everyone involved. Fighting/arguing violates the rules and is always avoidable.
4. Trooper+ can only be in 1 division, 1 subdivision, and 1 special division. (Link to division chart will be added here soon).
5. There is no limit on member count for divisions unless the Commander sets one.
6. *IN ORDER TO LEAVE A DIVISION, YOU MUST REQUEST A DISCHARGE FROM A MINOR OFFICER+ IN THE DIVISION YOU WISH TO LEAVE!*
V. TRAINING/PATROL RULES + REGULATIONS
1. Trainings + Patrols are to last a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. There is no limit on who can be promoted from trainings or patrols, but that doesn't mean to go crazy on promotions.
3. If troops are being rallied for a patrol, do not take longer than 10 minutes to organize Patrol parties.
4. Do not host a Patrol when there are 8+ raiders.
5. Make sure that events are scheduled before hosting them.
VI. DEMOTION/EXILE RULES + REGULATIONS
1. Battalion Commander+ may demote people when proof is provided that a CAR member broke a rule. Evidence must be provided with either witnesses or pictures.
2. If a demotion is unjust, the Battalion Commander+ can be removed from his or her rank.
3. All exile requests have to be approved by the Supreme Commander before an individual is exiled.
4. It's the division’s commanders job to keep his or her men in line and to decide if members should be exiled or demoted in their division and no one else's.
5. If you were unfairly demoted or exiled, send your case of why you should be reinstated for re-examination.
