Many people saw that JTF made a declaration of war against Celestial Republic, in which they gave a list of war terms, and demanded CR reply within 36 hours. CR replied that night via discord.
The terms set by JTF and some suggested ones said via discord frankly were found kind of ridiculous, especially knowing JTFs past. For one, there needs to be a 3rd party as JTF is known to play unfair and cheat. Just go back to the Ro-War. They refuse to this 3rd party and it's fairly obvious they need to cheat. Second, JTF requested at first only a 15 member cap in raids. CR can get more than that and this just goes to show JTF is scared of CRs activity. MY last major thing is that JTF request CR does not use their city. If JTF does not want war with our activity, and our fort, then they are not looking to war Celestial Republic. They want these changes so they don't lose.
Proposed War terms by myself(not CR):
The war between Celestial Republic and JTF-2 will be moderated by the Roblox War Clans Committee. Any disagreements, raid results, anything, everything, etc will be determined by the RWCC in a majority vote of their Council.
Global Rules:
-AA and exploits is obviously an auto win or voidable, you must have photo proof though.
-No glitching of any kind.
-No mercs.
-Admin will be given to the leader of each raid.
-A high rank must be present at the start of each raid.
-No forts minimum defending limit will be used. If you have 7 defenders in a server, it's official..
-Pre-flooding is allowed as long as you don't occupy more than half of a full server before the raid is official.
- Forts may not be edited after the war starts.
-Flamming is allowed.
-All raid wins must be screenshotted and reviewed by the RWCC so they can manage the scores. If not done, it won't count.
-The first group to 10 successful raids wins the war.
This is still obviously up for changes. JTFs just needed major changes and they don't seem to want to budge. Now everyone knows that JTF is scared to war CR, not the other way around.
Said to JTF several times, they clearly don't know how to process, retain, and understand:
"As I said, you're requesting to war CR. That includes our activity.
That includes our fort.
That is CR."

Gold's group has always been trash and relied on cheats to win. And he dropped nukes on one group during the ro-war. Hes never once cared about anything, not even his group. All he wants to do is cause problems and he finds us as an easy target. I say play by fair rules, fix your own fort to prevent your own members from going on the wall, and play fair. But knowing him he wont. Always has been an awful leader. |

What JTF wants is a war about POWER not activity
Because CR would smash them in activity, but JTF would smack CR in skill.
Interesting thing that RWCC is holded by CR's president or whatever dxrk is, and you're basicly using it so that your terms get accepted.
But you still have some fair points, they shouldn't have declared on CR if they didn't want to raid CR's fort. |

i can understand why they didn't want the RWCC to moderate it since it is owned by cr's president
but other than that, all of these proposed rules seem fair
but jtf just wants to declare an autowin because they're scared of our activity

As I said last night in discord, we can have a 3rd Party as long as it isn't RWCC. You own/found RWCC, and as a participant of the war, that isn't fair. Find a 3rd party that is fair and unbiased. |

@andrew We are not afraid of your activity, as we raised CR on Monday and won. Nor are we declaring an autowin. I don't know where you got that from. We agreed to all, but the 3rd party and anthny said we could war with CRs fort prior. We do not want RWCC as a third party. If puppyboy can find someone that is neutral/unbiased and has no relation to both groups, we'd be more than happy to agree. |

The fort walls are meant to be there. It is not your call whether I fix them or not. If you have a problem with my fort, then maybe you want to talk to puppyboy about the ###### idea. We have always been trash but again, we smoked you on Monday, we helped everyone in the Ro-War beat out CR, and the first and last time you came to raid, you could hardly leave spawn. CR has no room to talk. You act as if puppyboy's Ro-War was a serious and well thought out thing, but you can ask NAK, FEAR or anyone else in it that it was a complete and utter abomination of an event. If you actually think we dropped a nuke unironically, I'd like to ask if your IQ is above 50. If I didn't care about JTF, explain to me why I dropped time and effort into it, and I have loyal members. Regardless if the count is small. You have no room to call us trash, when you're in Celestial Republic. @sarah |

You find the 3rd party. We already know 8/15 of the groups in the RWCC from the Ro-War, so you know they're fair and go based on information provided. I don't think non Ro-War groups like BWE and RL would want to hurt their reputation by lying to help a group they hardly socialize with like CR. The RWCC is more than a good choice to be the 3rd party. If you don't want the RWCC, find someone else to suggest.

As many people saw, JTF had indeed declared war on Celestial Republic. We (JTF-2) had suggested that both clans use a new account that both had access to. On this new account, there is a version of the classic Varcia, which had been edited. We suggested that both clans have full access to the entire thing so we could see if either side changed anything, which puppy declined. He wanted to use his fort and whatnot, so we agreed to that. Not once did we say they couldn't use their fort, and we even suggested that both teams make a clone of their forts and give editing privileges
to eachother to prove neither had anything that would give the other side an upper hand. We also wanted a 15 member cap at the raids because we knew JTF wouldn't have more than 15 members, and there was no way in hell Celestial Republic would have more than 15. We didn't need a third parth for this, especially not RWCC in which puppy consequently owns. We could care less about CR's activity because one JTF member is equal to three CR members. The war for us didn't matter if we would win or lose, it was to get our members excited to be back after we had shut it down for a while and to prove that
we still had our skill. We agreed to all the global rules puppy had set in his forum post, except for having RWCC moderate it as a third party because it wasn't needed whatsoever. We, JTF, in no way, shape or form are scared of Celestial Republic. Puppy just wouldn't agree to our rules of having a place or two cloned forts. He even claimed we
wanted Celestial Republic's "city" for their tech, which if you've seen it, is trash. We told Celestial Republic that they could use their fort, like I said earlier, just not moderated by RWCC. If any other group moderated it, We'd have no problem with it. Now I need to write this long explanation because obviously puppy isn't right in the
head, and it's weird that he's making all the rules and decisions when he apparently doesn't run the group, even though Xorcerer hardly spoke during all this. I rest my case.
