GansterSpud63 here, here are RULES FOR SCRIPTING
• Be respectful to everyone. Don’t call people names, insult their avatars, tell them to get out of your thread, or create topics about groups or games you don’t like. It doesn’t matter if they’re your friends and it’s a joke: rudeness is never allowed.
• Never post about rulebreaking on the forums. You’re not allowed to accuse users of breaking guidelines, link to or discuss inappropriate content on Roblox, or respond to people who aren’t following the Roblox rules. Instead of getting yourself in trouble for someone else’s mistake, use the “Report Abuse” function to report the misconduct.
• Before you make a new thread, make sure that your post 1.) starts a productive discussion that 2.) is allowed on that forum and 3.) doesn’t already exist on the front page. Threads that really don’t create productive discussions may be removed.
• Make sure your posts are appropriate for all users. You can find specifics of what is and isn’t allowed in our Roblox Community Rules linked above. If you believe language in your post will be filtered, do not try to “get around it,” even if you think what you’re posting is actually appropriate.
• Don’t talk about deleted posts or moderator actions on the forums. You’re welcome to message moderators for more information, or appeal for a warning or ban by emailing [email protected]. Don’t make threads about it, don’t post about it, and don’t recreate a deleted thread.
• You are only allowed to provide a full OR partial link if it’s to one of these websites:
Roblox.com (anywhere on the site)
Roblox Help and Wiki links
YouTube (you may also use shortened YouTu.be link)
Twitter (you may NOT use the shortened link)
Twitch
Even then, you’re not allowed to link to anything that breaks the forum rules. For example, a Roblox video on YouTube that contains activity we wouldn’t allow on the forums it is not allowed.
Directing users, or clicking on non-approved offsite links could lead to illegal and inappropriate activity that can lead to compromising your account or getting your account suspended (See: Community Guidelines section 9: Dangerous, unethical and illegal activities).
• Don’t discuss any details that could help identify you or another poster, including age, name, school, or state. Never post your own picture or another user’s pictures. You can find out more about this under the Personal Information section of our Roblox Community Rules (linked above).
• All trades must use the official systems. You can’t trade user accounts, groups, Robux, or real money. We also don’t allow raffles, “giveaways,” or unofficial contests, as they often turn out to be scams.
• Don’t post or create organized raids, groups or parties with the aim of flooding a game, forum, personal messages (PMs), groups or other forms of account interactions with the purpose to harass them. Competition threads between groups may be posted in Clans & Guilds so long as they’re not meant to purposely harass other users or groups.
• If you want a “signature” at the end of each post, it must follow all the forum rules and can’t be longer than two lines.
