For the purposes of chronicling our work, within this document I have included your original dissertation on the rise and fall of Domina and her military counterpart known as Sentinels. It is with great hope this memo will serve as an insightful exposition into our new era. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subject: Major Operational Flaws of the Dominion Origin of File: [ Sentinel Dominion ] Office of Military Engagement Services Commissioned By: General Virtuallegos Date:7-02-15 The crucial flaws leading to the ultimate downfall of the dominion are listed below, to reassure they shall not happen again. While working up the ranks of the sentinels there was some obvious flaws to the way we operated. The chain of command focused too much on conquering other empires and corporations alike and were oblivious to the fact our homeland defense mechanism were weak and feeble. As we achieved glorious triumphs on the battlefield in foreign lands, lead by the great Admiral Biost and General Dreamatic, we neglected the problems facing Domina. We kept pushing on through the frontier, stretching our resources too thin. Inevitably, our enemies became aware of our situation and initiated in pillaging attacks on our key outposts, notably Missile Sector 1. They were successful in crippling our supply chain and ultimately exploited our reliance on outside exports which resulted in the downfall of our empire. Moving forward,if there is any future for Domina, we must make it priority number one that our people our fortifications are secure and our people are safe. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subject: Progress Report of Project Development Origin of File: [ Sentinel Concord ] Office of Rebuild Oversight Commissioned By: Commander Instaskills Composed For: Admiral Virtuallegos Date: 10-02-17 As of Monday, October 2nd, the development of the Concord are nearing completion. Explorers, architects, and engineers have finally found islands around the Capitol to rebuild our glorious nation. Currently, an outpost in the Cerigo Forest is nearing completion and our Special Forces Unit will be deployed to the island to further ensure there are no hostile forces in the area and defend this outpost. The security of our homeland will be our focal point. Defending our outpost from invading forces will be the main function of the new era of sentinels. Any invasion we will take part in will be due to undeniable hostile action taken against the glorious concord. Don’t take this mindset for granted; if called upon we will decimate any opposition threatening Domina. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As of now, we are slated to be fully operational by October 20th, 2017. Our vision here to rebuild the original foundation the Dominion was based off of and to bring a new era of prosperity to Dominia. Admiral, I call upon you to begin preparing our troops to defend Cerigo and to protect the internal concord.
