I just finished a playable version of my weird game, and it involves using a giant hand to slap people off of rocks into the lava, and it just kills the player when they hit it, no over the top drown in lava animations or anything.

Have you seen more or less violence in other console games. Compare it to those. I doubt it would count as intense violence.

Lol even if you put a drowning animation it still wouldn't count as intense violence, as there is Phantom Forces on console which is more violent than your idea.
