This document shows what each job is and it's responsibilities for The Tiger Lily Dental Office.
[DENTAL STUDENT]
A new staff member who must take the Admission Test to become a full-time employee. This test is a few questions from the Rules and Regulations, and a few questions on basic procedures to ensure that you're ready to work within our dental clinic!
[INTERN HYGIENIST]
You have the ability to treat patients. You may only do cleanings alone, other procedures must be done with the assistance/supervision of a superior rank [HR+]. You can be promoted by attending a training or being noticed by an HR.
[JUNIOR HYGIENIST]
You are responsible for helping the Intern’s to get used to clinic. You also may attend a training, and be promoted.
[HYGIENIST]
You are a fully certified employee, and may help support Junior/Intern Hygienists. You may also assist Dentist’s with their intricate procedures. You can attend training to get promoted OR be noticed by an HR.
[SENIOR HYGIENIST]
You are responsible for keeping the Hygiene department moving during a shift, and supervising the other Hygienists. You will also have to choose what department you want to go to (Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Hygiene, and Dentistry). To be promoted to a Fellow you must take a test by an HR, please note you must be a Senior Hygienist for at least th ree days before you apply for Fellow.
[FELLOW]
You are now a doctor in training. You may treat patients with the department you've chosen, as long as you know the procedure well that you are attempting to do, with approval by a HR. You may also follow doctors assisting them, and learning how to do special procedures.
[RECEPTIONIST]
You are now part of the administrative team. You are responsible for tagging each patient when they come to the counter with their appointment need. You also are responsible for keeping the waiting room in order. You may go to training, or be noticed by an HR to be promoted to Senior Receptionist.
[SENIOR RECEPTIONIST]
You’re responsible for supervising the welcome desk, you may also leave the desk and accommodate various doctor’s needs. This may include coordinating patient flow, and overseeing various administrative duties in-shift.
[PHYSICIAN]
You’re an Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, Dentist, or Hygienist, and you’re a practicing doctor. You direct during a shift, keeping things running smoothly, you train fellows, hygienists, and complete intricate procedures on our patients.
[MANAGER]
You're responsible for keeping order while on shift, keeping flow of the Dental Student Admissions program. You are also in charge of taking care of outlying tasks. You also must make sure you're protecting others by taking care of hackers and/or trollers.
[DEPARTMENT HEAD]
You’re in charge of a certain department, in-clinic. These include Hygiene, Oral Surgery, Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Reception. You are responsible for overseeing the education of your department, as well as the growth. When in-shift you are to resolve various issues that may arise, as well as keep the flow of patients underway. Also, keeping all on task in-shift.
[BOARD OF EXECUTIVES+]
Board of Executives is a very high rank, involving various tasks and responsibilities. You are to keep all on task and to report all issues that may arise. This includes trolling, hacking, inappropriate references, etc. You are to make sure no one is discriminating someone based on their age, race, or gender. Also, to keep the clinic in order in-shift.
