OP doesn't know how computers work, windows is just an operating system and mac is a trademark for apple's computers.
And a computer is not much more than a box with a motherboard, processor, ram, storage, graphics acceleration unit and a power supply in it. It depens what you install on the storage device, the correct thread should be:
