Not Receiving Gift Card Items

So uh yeah on August i redeemed a roblox gift card from 7-11, hoping to get this item https://www.roblox.com/catalog/928840419/Orinthian-Valkyrie, although i was extremely disappointed when it didnt show up in my inventory. Same as this current month when i redeemed another roblox card, i didnt get the gift card item also. Is there anyway roblox can fix this issue or get my items?

Did you get it from a 7-Eleven store in Canada? That is the specification. uncultured swines
