You can't post the same comment twice within a day. That way, spammers can't copy and paste over and over, and it will frustrate them.

Hmm an animated program to check EVERY comment they have made in 24 hours and delete anything that was similar?, I can see a hole in this already, people could just add random periods and spaces to get past the filter
