I can't play any games, because it's telling me my ROBLOX client is out of date. I uninstalled and reinstalled about 3 times now, and there has been no fix! What do I do?

I've honestly been going through a few random ones now, mostly on the popular page, as well as my own personal games. To go into specifics, I've attempted Pokemon Brick Bronze, Flee the Facility, Meep City, Welcome to Bloxburg, and some of my own random empty games.

Just today- I've only been online for about an hour or so now, and it has persisted. I've tried some of my alts, too, and the issue continues. (And yes, I am on PC).

Do you think I could get you to do me a big favor? It'd be really helpful to know what version you actually have installed. A good way to check this is to open Studio, click File, then About Roblox Studio. It'll pop up a dialog window, and there should be a line of bold text telling you the version number. The current version is 0.313.0.159577.

Same thing is happening to me, and it has been for weeks, I can not play roblox on PC! Whenever I go into a game it makes me reinstall roblox, and then takes me back to the Roblox home page! I would describe it as an Infinate-Install glitch.

Oh, you mean when you join from the website, it makes you reinstall Roblox? Do you use Edge, Chrome, or Firefox? If you use Chrome, you might've accidentally blocked the special links that Roblox uses to launch the client. To fix this, you can type the following into the address bar on any tab: chrome://settings/handlers This will take you to the settings page for this permission. You should be able to switch Roblox to "allow" if you've blocked it. Let me know how that goes.

I think so- when I try to enter a game, the client opens up and loads for a second, until the error is displayed at the top of my screen. Also, whatever that handler link was, it was already enabled- should I disable it?

requesting help on this too, attempted to uninstall roblox studio + normal roblox player and reinstalling and no change. I also checked chrome://settings/handlers but it was blank for me, hopefully there can be a fix for this, thank you.
