ART (Arcon Recruitment Team) is an unofficial division for SURGE. We at ART plan on improving SURGE by any means possible. ART is not just a recruitment group, but we are a community dedicated to improving SURGE by any means necessary. Our biggest focus is to decrease the IAP dropout rate. The IAP soldiers have the most potential as they are new to the group and have not experienced everything SURGE has to offer. New recruits have the access to being able to message their recruiter about anything IAP related and have a helping hand along their journey into SURGE. Loyalty must be grown so we’ve created an amazing team of recruiters to help grow this loyalty and show the new recruits all SURGE really has to offer.
