He can see 20 minutes ahead of any raids and can give you the results of it in 10 seconds of analysis (even tho all he has to do is check the leaderboard for Moist_God. If he is present on the opponent side then defeat is assured). This men indeed has an interesting analysis, (comrade). In fact, he was the only one to step up to lead the Vaktovians during the war of Varcia without having negative energy but only hope, pride and confidence (which was the things the officers were needing!)

This cat can crush you with one hand... nothing else to add.

Oh dear! So much jutsus that this men possesses! He calls himself Corporal (Whippersnapper) Scamandervoneterherataritriarii Salamandophontompeoakzavia Kharnerus of the Vaktus Empire. That alone makes him get the top 5 postitions of the list.

So many secret operations have been performed on him, he is known to have many heads at the same time and can evolve over time. He has the power to grant access or not to the future VACs. His presence is pretty rare, I myself have seen him once in the same game in 2 years.

Oh my, this legend will never die apparently. Over the past years he has performed incredible
personnal secret classified operations that gave him the power of the meme and has a taste of it since then and can now manage the Empire with his long lasting experience.
7. GREEMINATOR
One of the most mysterious green creature the empire has ever had. His powers are to be remained a secret and till today only a few have barely witnessed his powers in actions. Something could be hidden in his green🎩. Very interesting specimen who can summon the gedo statue which can capture all the 9 tailed beasts in order to forge into the phenomenal ten tailed rinnesharingan one eyed beast.
8. Fourpapa1
With the new port base released, all the fighting is in his advantage and his sniping senses have been in effect and is a god carry. He can perform one shot one kill with 0.2 seconds of sighting adjustments PER shots!
9. Civax
The men has access to the most powerful jutsu in this realm. It is known as Kohl's admin infinite.e. This jutsu grants the ability to teleport to an opponent, to be invincible in combat, to be able to travel in the speed of light, to erase the existence of a person ingame and so many other hundreds of other jutsus in his possession!

It's 2017 list, VeitMyani is from 2016 that is why such powerful protagonist anime char- cough*- Vaktovians were not on the list. Yes indeed he is number one of 2016 with so many others who retired including spongi that I cant put on 2017, but yes indeed they are god tier at their era. |
