So I was able to play games before, but now when I press play, it says it's loading and nothing happens. Then it says I need to install it. It's really odd, because I look in my task manager, and in the background tasks, Roblox is running. In fact, MULTIPLE are running, due to trying and trying again. Please help!

Hi! Try to make a clean uninstall of roblox deleting the roblox folder to do that follow this steps: 1: See that there are no roblox processes running 2: Find the roblox folder, here is the addres: C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Local\Roblox 3: Delete it a restart the computer 4: Download and install roblox 5: Try if they work I hope i helped you!

I am having the same problem to, IDK why exactly it is happening. I contacted them, all we can do is wait and hope they fix it.

Hi! Just do the steps that i put up that completely eliminates roblox and makes it a completely new installation, it only works for windows users!. I hope i helped you!
