Abandoned old accounts.

All the old accounts that are like.. abandoned because the owner quit.. is anyone allowed to use them? or are they just gonna sit there and do nothing? I saw an abandoned account and it had a blackvalk. What should we do about abandoned accounts? Just leave them? Reply what you think!

They just sit there. Roblox will not recycle usernames, users who "claim" them via PG'ing usually end up banned, taking the account down with them.
