Solasta Hotels HR Training Guide (unofficial)
Note that this HR guide is official and approved by DaWarTekWizard.
It will contain the HR Training Guide and Interview Guide combined into a forum post.
HRs, read this guide. DO NOT send the link to other ranks besides HRs.
1 | HR Rules
Due to the importance of your rank, the following also applies:
Read and process applications.
Host at least 2 (too) [safechat] training/interviews per week
Post the training in the Trello board: ht#####################################################Try not to cancel training/interviews once posted. Have another HR or Assistant Manager host for you instead.
Do not hold random and unnecessary meetings
Do not sell, trade or rank friends. Ranks are earned
Do not advertise in our group shout or group wall for other groups, even if they are allies. Owner or vice must approve first
Be ####### cordial and represent Solasta Hotels with utmost integrity
[USING THE COMMAND SM OR M]
Do NOT abuse the command M or SM.
M or SM is ONLY used for important guest announcements in the training center.
Here are some purposes to use the command:
To commence a training session and opening the doors
To commence a meeting session at the training center (Important Meeting Sessions)
To finish a training session/meeting session
DO NOT ABUSE the command. If found abusing, you will be demoted or in serious cases, you will be suspended.
Abuse examples: Using sm/m for: saying goodnight everyone, saying lol, saying give PLAYER room 201 or any other room number
Give PLAYER room 201 or any other room number is only to be use through commenting.

This section will be divided into 4 sections, due to various ranks.

2.1 Housekeeping
Housekeeping RANK
[Keeping the hotel clean] [MAIN PURPOSE]
People with the Housekeeping role will receive the following tools:
Broom
Vacuum
Trolley
Hrs, please teach the housekeeping to-be[s] that if someone needs to clean his/her room, the housekeeping needs to go to the room, shut the water tap, flush the toilet, open shower doors if they are closed and give information about the hotel. They need to clean rooms once every ten minutes and clean when requested by guests, too.

2.2 Bar-Staff
Bar-Staff RANK
[Serving the guests with drinks and snacks they desire] [MAIN PURPOSE]
Teach the bar-staff about the recipe guide.
Note: You might have to comment in the chat, the recipe guide. Ask them if they are using the computer to play the Training center. If they are, tell them to refer to the Solasta Hotels Handbook>Solasta Hotels Training Guide. Thank you!

Milk = Cup + Milk ( w/ Flavors )
Steamed Milk = Milk + Milk Steamer ( w/ Flavors )
Water = Cup + Water
Ice = Cup + Ice
Crushed Ice = Ice + Blender
Regular = Cup + Regular Machine
Decaf = Cup + Decaf Machine (w/ Cream )
Espresso = Cup + Espresso Machine
Latte = Espresso + Milk (w/ Flavors )
Mocha = Espresso + Milk + Mocha Sauce ( w/ Ice )
Cappuccino = Espresso + Milk ( w/ Flavors )
Frappe = Espresso + Foam ( w/ Flavors )
Macchiato = Espresso + Cream ( w/ Flavors )
Americano = Espresso + Ice
Hot Chocolate = Milk + Milk Steamer + Mocha Sauce
( w/ Marshmallows or Cream )
Tea = Cup + Tea Machine ( w/ Ice )

Milkshake = Milk + Flavor + Mixer
Slushie = Crushed Ice + Juice + Blender

2.3 Security
[Patrolling the hotel, keeping an eye for disruptions and protecting the game from rioting and haters, ensuring the hotel is a happy and safe place for the guests] [MAIN PURPOSE]
Tell Security to-bes:
As a security, they will get two tools:
Handcuff
Segway
Main rule of the security team:
> Patience
When meeting a troller, do NOT lose your patience, always act professional.
Always give three [tree] (safechat) warnings before cuffing them and ask a medium or high rank to kick them.
Do NOT abuse the handcuff and segway, they are to make your life easier and not to be used at random or for no reason, if you do, this will result in a demotion or suspension in serious cases.

2.4 Receptionist
[Hanging out rooms to others] [MAIN PURPOSE]

Before starting the receptionist training, please conduct the safechat test by allowing the players say SW4U, r if there is any other method to show that players have safechat or not.
If a player who wants to be a receptionist has safechat, kindly ask them to change to other ranks.
[USING COMMAND BRING AND ABUSE]
Use the command bring to get them out from the red line that does not allow players to move if they are there (if needed).
DO NOT abuse the command bring besides the reason for using the command stated above.

Tell Receptionists to-bes:
To give a player a room say: “give PLAYER room 201” or any other room number.
To give player a suite say:“give PLAYER suit 401” or any other suite number.
We know Suit is supposed to be spelled Suite, but in this case for the board we say Suit.
To take a room or suite away we say take:“take PLAYER room 201”
The board will automatically take away the room if they leave or die so you will not have to do Room Checks!
[LANES]
There are two [too] (SAFECHAT) blue lanes, a gold lane (FAST LANE) and a white lane.
The gold lane is the FAST lane and you must serve these guests first.
The White lane is the Suite lane, and you will be handing these people suites.
If someone asks for a Suite in a lane other than the White lane DO NOT Hand them a Suite.
When talking to a Guest you are going to start with a Friendly greeting like “Hello! Pleased to meet you! Welcome to Solasta Hotels! How may I help you on this wonderful day?”
