looking for someone that is able to create some sort of bot that can automatically sign up on a website using an email (doesn't have to be an email, just random letters) under my referral link for a contest, reply if interested or have any tips, thanks.

Aside from the ToS issues, it's almost certain the site you're looking to flood is using some form of captcha, most likely Google's ReCaptcha V2. If it does, you don't need a web developer to break that, you need a machine learning specialist, and access to a data set containing information on large amounts of correctly solved captchas. I guarantee you that not only are they not going to accept ROBLOX money, you almost certainly cannot afford one.
