You will be required send a message to the President or Vice President and we will add you on the Trello board for the scheduled time you wish to claim as long as it is not taken. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐒 - Failure to host a minimum of 1 interview session throughout the week will result in a warning unless of an approved reason or inactivity notice. - Being absent to a scheduled session will result in Neutral which is a final warning. Here is a good example: [INTS] Interviews are starting in 25 minutes, come on down to the interview center for a chance to become a Trainee. [INCLUDE LINK] - You are to get the Executives (IA+) on the black spots. The spot at the very end located in the middle is reserved for the host. - You are to ensure that customers are remaining seated at all times. Be ready to answer any questions/concerns that they may have. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: You are to send the attendance record to either Ericscarfone or the Vice President listing each IA+ that attended the session, here will keep this in our database to track each Executives attendance and activity plus to review how much or little people were active that week. If you forgot to add someone, you are to message the President or VP and they will add them on. Lying about any attendance can lead to a warning/demotion. Not using grammar will result in failing the interview. - Please save all your questions for the interviewer as this can make the session go longer than it needs to. We will gladly deal with any questions/concerns. - Show respect to your fellow co-workers as well as the higher ranks. Disrespect isn't tolerated at any time. - Stay seated unless directed by a higher rank. Getting up and wondering around without permission will result in a kick. - You are not permitted to go AFK at anytime during the session, if you go AFK when your interviewer is asking you questions or calls you then you'll be kicked. - Type fast but don't rush, you will only have a minute to answer each interview question we ask you. - Have fun while you're here! Please be advised that not following the rules leads to a failing grade in your interview with a kick or possible ban. Then you are to say ":h Interviews are starting, good luck on applying!" You may ask, what if there aren't any customers in-server? Then you are to wait until 10 minutes past interview time and then Executives may leave the server. However, you are still required to send attendance as listed above. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 You must stay in the main lobby as the session host and make sure other executives are interviewing customers quickly and as fast as possible. However, if your position is a high-rank (Board of Executives+) then you are allowed to watch interviews. Speaking of watching, new Interview Assistants may watch someone else as many times as they like during their first week here but they are not permitted to interview during that time. From all that, as the host you are to wait until 10 minutes past the scheduled start time and then lock the server using the slock command. Why don't you head to the cafe for a fresh baked good, sounds good to me! **When using Discourd, be sure to mention everyone so they get notified.** ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 - If an Interview Assistant is interviewing a customer, passes them and asks you to rank them then please do so and then remove that customer from the server. - You are to get any executives to leave the server if they don't have any more customers to interview. - You may NOT leave until you are the only person on the server. After that, you leave and the server will unlock upon exiting the server. You are expressly prohibited from messing around at the interview center with yourself and/or other executives. - The only time you may stay after a session is if a meeting is called for executives, please be aware that only Super Ranks (CEO+) may only schedule and run meetings. - Additional information such as interview questions and other procedures can be found in the "Interview Guide".
