Once you reach Board of Executives+, you will be required to host a minimum of 1 shift per week. We try to aim for at least 1 shift per day during the week and 2 shifts per day on weekends. This forum will go into depth about what to do and how to make sure the shift runs successfully.

- Failure to host a minimum of 1 shift throughout the week will result in a warning unless of an approved reason or inactivity notice.
- Not following the guide correctly will result in a warning.
- Not following, missing steps or creating your own steps can also result in a warning.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: You are to send the attendance record to either Ericscarfone or the Vice President listing each IA+ that attended the shift, here will keep this in our database to track each Executives attendance and activity plus to review how much or little people were active that week.
If you forgot to add someone, you are to message the President or VP and they will add them on. Lying about any attendance can lead to a warning/demotion.

You are to group shout it and post it in Discourd in shift notifications channel stating that there is a shift. Remember, we try to aim for 1 shift/day during the week and 2 shifts/day during the weekends.
Here is a good example of a shout: [SHIFT] Come on down to the cafe for a shift and for a delicious baked good. Sounds good to me! [INCLUDE LINK]
**In Discourd, be sure to mention everyone so all server members get notified.**
Once announced, proceed to the cafe and begin going to the next section of this forum.

Make sure any executive in-server is doing what they are supposed to be doing such as making reasonable promotions/demotions, not abusing, supervising the cafe, etc. At about 15 minutes into the shift, you are to send attendance to any Vice President+
Make sure employees are on task too and making sure they have a positive attitude towards customers and make sure they are being served quickly.
Don't run admin commands in an excess manner and don't let other executives admin abuse either. It's only used for reasonable stuff and for the cafes protection.
