% of water:(Needs to be atleast 10 %)
Planet age:(needs to be atleast 1000)

Cvilization Name:(The name of beings)
Cvilization tec level:(Low or midium i have to accept if high)
Leader:
Cvilization apperance:
Religion:(Make one up)
