I want play RoCitizens, but all times i try join, i get kicked by server, Please help me

going to need more information on the problem at hand. 1. Were you able to connect to and play this game or games before? 2. What error message do you get from the client? (If any) 3. is your internet connection stable?

1: Yes i played more than 1 year 2:The game does not close and opens an error screen, it only appears in the red rectangle at the top of the Kicked By Server screen. Please close and rejoin another game 3:Yes it is stable because it is 5 mb, but increased to 10 mb, I think it will take 2 days to change the internet connection
