(ID=17 Connection Attempt Failed)

hey guys, so i wanted to play with my bestfriend. I choosed a game, but this "(ID=17 Connection Attempt Failed)" thing keeps going. Everytime i join a game it just keeps saying it, how can i fix it? Please help.

Reasons can be: Wifi error, Bad internet, Slow computer, and if you're not on a computer then that is probably why. Another reason could be that your browser is not working correctly. Make sure flash is up to date, and make sure you have tried everything on the list before you reply to me. Thanks, -Allen
