1: In order to reach the rank Recruit, simply join the group!

2: In order to rank up to Conscript, you must attend a Viridian Alliance event, in which event you must stay for a decent amount of time. The reason for this is to make sure that the people deserving of that rank get promoted. You would be appreciated if you would wear a uniform when on duty at this rank and beyond.

2: In order to rank up to vigilante, you must excel in multiple tasks and traits in combat, and show that in a viridian event. Don't be surprised if somebody makes you a conscript while you have this rank if your inactive and don't announce that you need a vacation or week ETC.

3: In order to rank up to operator, you must be noticed for your skill and such by an officer or higher ranked. This is our equivalent of "Edeltian scout", but rules still apply to this rank.

Once you reach the rank of Operator, the rest of the ranks all depend on your activity, skill, maturity, ETC.
