These are the responsibilities of each job/rank here at Linkwood Inn & Suites™. Every role must follow their job tasks. If staff decide to do someone else's job for them it could lead into a demotion or a suspension. Here is each job and its assigned task: Low Ranks - Achievable upon Interview Honorary Guest - This isn’t a job but it is assigned to customers that staff think are being nice and following all the rules. This rank means you are a past member of the team. Once you "retire", or "quit", you will be ranked this if you would like. ######### - This rank works behind the counter with the barista, making and serving food. Housekeeping - These staff members have a pretty easy job. They make sure that food is not being dropped on the ground and left there or any other thing that will make the hotel environment “messy/dirty” are cleaned up. Security - The security team is in charge of making sure nobody is ruining the hotel in any way whether it’s physically or verbally. If someone keeps trolling the security team must call HR’s right away. If none come in time the security team has the right to pull out a weapon and kill ONLY THAT ONE PERSON until an HR shows up or they leave. If a security member is caught abusing their weapon they will automatically be demoted/suspended. Receptionist - These staff are very important because they answer questions about the hotel and give out rooms to people at the front desk. Clothing Staff - These workers only work in the clothing section of the hotel. These workers will help out customers looking for clothes whether they are a staff or a visitor. Helping out means helping them find certain clothes, giving them information about the clothes, giving them recommendations on their favorite clothes, etc. Medium Ranks - Achievable upon Promotions Head of Security - The Head of Security is in-charge of the Security team. They help the Security team by answering questions, and supervising over them. Head Receptionist - The Head Receptionist helps the Receptionists by helping them with their introductions and supervising over them. Supervisor-in-Training - The Supervisor-in-Training watches the lower ranks, helping them, and answering questions that visitors ask. Supervisor - The Supervisor helps the Supervisor-in-Trainings by helping them with their mistakes to become a Supervisor. Manager-in-Training - The Manager-in-Training watches over the hotel and stops exploiters. They also can host training and interview sessions. (To become a Manager you must be seen by a Vice President+, and be sent the application. To be noticed even more, host at least 2-3 interview and training sessions a week.) High Ranks - Achievable upon Promotions Management - This team hosts sessions and helps train Middle Ranks. (To be promoted they need to be noticed by a Vice President+, and be sent the application.) Senior Management - Senior Management helps decide whether or not a Head of Security or Receptionist deserves a promotion. Shift Manager - The Shift Manager helps decide shifts, and demotes those who are not on within a week (unless you have an excuse by a Vice President+). Super High Ranks - Possibly achievable upon promotion by decision of Owner Vice President - The Vice President helps make promotional decisions with the Senior Management team, along with deciding if one is worthy of the next rank. They also have the final ruling in a meeting with the President and Owner. President - The president helps make promotional decisions with the Senior Management team, along with deciding if one is worthy of the next rank. They also have the final ruling in a meeting with the Vice President and Owner. Owner - The Owner keeps the hotel running. - UNACHIEVABLE -
