THIS AGREEMENT shall be established on this day 2nd of December 2017 by and between Party A, the Department of Commerce and Labor, and Party B, the "Premium Corporation" and its executive/owner, user joyiscold.
Explanatory Statement
Party B may operate on U.S. soil and engage in other commercial action within the U.S., the party desires to join under the Department of Commerce and Labor in this legally binding agreement between the two parties.

SECTION II. BENEFITS
(a) According to law, Party B shall be allowed to use the shout powers of the United States of America group in order to advertise its businesses, in accordance with the American Business Act. Party A is allowed to regulate Party B's shouting power, but provisions established by law are not to be degraded.
(b) Party B shall be able to employ citizens of the United States to operate within the business. Upon the request of Party A, backed by evidence of criminal activity or other misd#########################considered a national security threat or is declared rogue.
(c) Party B has the right to freely advertise on the United States of America gorup wall at any time, in accordance to the American Business Act.
SECTION III. LEGISLATION & REGULATIONS
(a) Party A shall be able to void/break or amend this contract at any time, with notice to Party B. Party B may also break the contract by notifying Party A at least 3 business days in advance.
(b) Party A shall be able to enforce its policies on, and otherwise take legal action against, Party B.
(c) Party B shall send, to the Secretary of Commerce and Labor, from time to time, the following statistics: total number of employees, number of employees hired and dismissed, number of sales made, number of services provided and to whom.
(d) If a part or clause of this contract becomes unlawful or may not be enforced, the rest of the contract shall be applicable.

For this contract to be official, the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and Labor shall sign this contract on behalf of the Department of Commerce and Labor; and the owner/representative of the business shall sign on behalf of PARTY B. |
