The interview guide contains the rules you'll need to know and the questions you will be asking your interviewees as well as the interview procedure and tips so that you can successfully host the session and interview attending interviewees.
Rules - Said by Host:
1. Grammar is needed at all times, failing to do so could get you removed from the server, three grammar mistakes will result in a kick.
2. Do not argue with other users whether it is your trainer or another interviewee.
3. If you need to go afk, please let an admin know or you will be kicked from the server.
4. Please remain seated while waiting for your interview. If you do not remain seated, you will be kicked from the server.
5. You must answer each question within 40 seconds after being asked the question. Exceeding this time limit results in failure for that question.
Interview Questions:
1. How would you greet a customer if he/she came up to your register?
2. What other companies have you worked at related to Munchkins?
3. On a scale of 1/10, how active are you?
4. Why do you want to work at Munchkins?
5. What other companies have you worked at that are related to Munchkins?
Interview tips:
1. Judge responses based on these factors: response time, grammar usage, and the relevance of the answer.
2. People can correct themselves if they make a grammar/spelling mistake and not be warned for it. If they don’t correct themselves, then they are warned. You will want to fail them after three incorrect errors.
