Frame will not scale to window

When i make a frame in studio and resize my game window the gui will not scale properly and slides off the screen, how would one fix this?

Instead of using the second position interger {0, 500}, {0, 200} use the scale which is the left ### ##### ### ##### ### You can center it by halving the size of the GUI and putting it into the second spot {0.5, 125}, {0.5, 0} -- this gui is in the center of the screen but is higher/lower
