Head Barista Promotion Guide:
To be promoted as a Head Barista you must:
-Not have Safechat.
-Use grammar at all times.
-Not Rank Hint.
In order to be promoted as a Head Barista you will need to be active. If you are not active you will not be promoted. Being active doesn’t mean being on one whole day, then not on at all for the next three days. You need to be active and on the cafe as much as you can.
Getting promoted is not all about being active. You need to use grammar, not using grammar will not get you promoted, it will get you demoted. You should also help other Baristas with grammar if they make a mistake.
