[ Introduction ]
Welcome to the BEAR Supremacy. We are a clan focused on self-improvement, discipline, aggression and warfare. We expect you to follow all the guidelines listed within this handbook, and to work at the best of your ability to ensure that our clan and community strives as a whole.
As long as we work together, anything is possible.
[ Law ]
- Once accepted, your activity will be monitored to ensure that you are a valuable asset to our clan. If you are proven to be inactive during this period, you will be removed from the clan to provide space for other individuals.
- Throughout your time in BEAR, you are required to respect each and every individual regardless of their rank, history, name, gender, ethnicity, orientation, or any other factor. We strive on the basis of respect.
- Divisions are not to be applied or tried out for until you've reached the rank of Sergeant. Keep in mind that you are not required to join a division, and not everyone will be accepted into each division they apply for. Each BEAR is authorized to be a part of one division at a time, and are required to serve for a minimum of 1-2 weeks before applying for another division.
- Once you reach the rank of Lieutenant, you are required to fill out the High Command application in order to advance in BEAR. You can find the application here: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=213288031
- Individuals that outrank you are to be addressed as "sir" or "ma'am" depending on the gender of said individual. They are your superiors for a reason, and work hard to ensure BEAR keeps moving forward.
- You are expected to attend as many events as you can to avoid being kicked for inactivity. If you are to go inactive, post your reasoning in the #inactivity-notices section of our server.
- You are to keep chat to a minimum at events, and remain silent whenever a superior is speaking. If you are given permission to speak, it is recommended that you do so in team-chat.
- You are not to flame, bait, or taunt hostiles, defenders, or ANYONE within or outside of BEAR. This is a zero-tolerance law, and we will not allow anyone to taint our clan's image.
- You are not to request a promotion at any given time. However, if you feel that you are being treated unfairly by a superior, you have the right to contact a General or above to sort the issue.
- If you are required to leave an event due to real life reasoning, do not hesitate and leave immediately. You will be given approximately 24-hours to contact the host of said event informing him or her as to why you left or you will face punishment. Exceptions can and will be made depending on the severity of the situation.
- You are not to engage in any foreign raids or defenses against the BEAR Supremacy.
- Anything not mentioned in this handbook should be taken with caution. Utilize common sense and ask yourself if what you're about to say or do will get you in trouble. If you are genuinely unsure, feel free to contact a high rank for verification.
