It would be so useful. Because when you have a neon part behind a small/medium part it floods it out and you can't see it. Being able to adjust the light emission from neon material would be amazing. Instead of just telling you what should happen, i'll tell you how it would go down so I would have some use in this suggestion. It would be a property of the Materials property. It would be a dropdown for the materials property. This of course, would only show when the neon material is active or not. If the devs want to get crazy(awesome) then they could add where you can resize the material pattern. For materials with a pattern. (nearly all materials) Thanks for reading this! Just change the transparency of the neon part

I have also dealt with this problem. A solution I found was to make the neon transparent and make it as thin as I could get it. Then, place a smooth plastic block behind it with the same color and is the same size. It sort of gives off the same effect.

@TheEnigmaticOne Good idea! This works just fine. But it would be easier for everyone if there was just a slider for it as a property.

Try blooming, I set everything to max so I get a nice radius of light around the object.
