The rules are to be announced by the host of the interview session. When the rules have been announced you may begin the Inte Please leave a 20-second gap between each rule announced. You may announce these rules with ;m.
𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬
#1 - Whilst both inside and outside your interview grammar and punctuation is needed at all times.
#2 - You will have roughly 1 minute to answer each question given by your interviewer.
#3 - Each question answer is recommended to have 2+ simple sentences.
#4 - If you lag out or leave the game you will not be able to rejoin.
#5 - Respect is mandatory both inside and outside your interview.
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐬
1) Safe chat test, ask everyone to spam your chosen characters.
2) Checking users age, this is a long process but is required at RedKing.rocess but is required at RedKing. You will walk around the interview center and you will check everyone age by doing /e ;age {player} if they are 20+ days you will name them "Checked" if they are below 20 days, you will kick them.

After reviewing all answers you can decide if the applicant passed or failed. If they failed you can kick them, with a reason, if they passed pm the host and list the passed applicant's names (if you don't have group admin perms).
