• Introduction
The promotion from Senior Cashier to Interviewer is a major accomplishment that you should be very proud about. This is a huge step towards your career at Panda Express. To the curious Senior Cashiers, there are many things that we require of you in order to be eligible for Interviewer. Please be careful, though, we only pick the best of the best.

• Eligibility
As an eligible Senior Cashier, you must fill in the following requirements:
• Be an active Senior Cashier.
• You must show hard-work and dedication into your position
• Have been a Senior Cashier for three days
• Never seek attention
• Be professional at all times
• Have a good reputation within our community
Whereas these are all important aspects that Senior Cashiers are required to have, there are also many things that could hurt your chances of getting Senior Cashier.
Hinting - If you are hinting, this will absolutely destroy your chances of getting Interviewer. Unless this was in the past and have shown improvement, you won’t be getting Interviewer anytime soon. Hinting doesn’t get you anywhere, we only notice you by your work ethic, contribution, and activity.
Alternative Accounts- If you are an alt and we figure it out, you will lose your chances of getting Interviewer. We don’t trust alts, unless you were an alt of someone that doesn’t seem like they would do any harm towards our community.
Lying - If you are lying about topics, we will immediately think you aren’t trustworthy and cannot handle the position. We only accept honest Senior Cashiers, we don’t want anyone hiding anything from us.
Trolling - If you are trolling, you will be warned. Afterwards, you will be demoted. We don’t allow trollers as members of our MR Team. Unless you could prove to us that you have changed by your actions, there is no way you’ll be getting Interviewer, or even a job back here.

• Interviewer Restriction
If you are Interviewer Restricted, that means you are not allowed to get Interviewer. You are allowed to work your way up to Senior Cashier, but nothing higher than that. You are allowed to send an appeal, more information is at our “Interviewer Restriction/Blacklisted Appeal” forum in our handbook. If the High Ranks feel like you have shown improvement, then you may be removed from the list. You may be Interviewer Restricted for the reasons above, or anything else that shows us that you cannot handle this position.
