If you are a Shift Leader that has passed your application for Crew Trainer but hasn't been trained for the position yet, please contact the Senior Vice President of Human Resources or one of the Chief Human Resources Officers so you can have a formal discussion with them regarding your acceptance. As soon as you have messaged them, please list a date and time that you are able to be trained. You have until 10pm ET on Wednesday to schedule a training between just the two of you, so I recommend getting in touch with one of the members from that department as soon as possible. If you contact another member of the Senior Management Team that is not in charge of staffing, you will be directed to someone who does. If you have recently attended and failed a Crew Trainer Training, you unfortunately cannot be trained again. Only Shift Leaders that have passed their application and haven't been tested for the rank may schedule a possible training between them and a member of the Human Resources Team.
