Mainly for the religous joy, the founder of the Gru civilzation, Gru, was someone strong in the will of magic. He was one of the leaders in the Great War. But after the Great War, he retired and made himself a city.
The Pof Empire

The Pof Empire has few economic problems, such as forclosure, but they get by. The Pof Empire has many weapons, so that is why it is nicknamed"The black trade". They trade black market style, with few cares. The founder, Pofup, was also a leader in the Great War. But he didn't have many victories. Few people posses magic in this city.

The Sput tribe is the nastyessm evilest, life-threatingest city ever. It cripples you then strikes. It was the one who won the Great War. But some citizens thought it was wrong, so they fled and went agienst Sput.
