But I really don't see the point in heavy metal or alternative rock and stuff like that. Sure there's some good guitar solos but the rest of the songs are just screaming and stuff. I like classic rock like the Beatles and Elton John, all their songs have a meaning (sometimes hidden though) and have good solos and musical breaks in them too. |

The only Songs with "screaming" are Death metal and Screamo. Heavy Metal and Trance are really good. And I agree, The Beatles PWN!!!!!!! |

It's pretty ignorant when you say that all heavy metal is just screaming. You obviously haven't listened to any Metallica, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Dream Theater, Queensryche, Megadeth, Anthrax, Pantera, Disturbed, Symphony X, Sonata Arctica, Quiet Riot, or Motley Crue. |

Grey I have the same opinion on heavy metal and hard rock as you do. In fact it's not worthy to be called 'rock' all it is a bunch of screaming. |

Sssoooooo, metal songs have no meaning? Go listen '...And justice for all' and 'Blackened' by Metallica. ...And justice for all is about how the court system is not right anymore, that they only try to 'win'. Blackened is about how the earth gets destroyed by the people living on it.
