Dave Coals just movoed into a three-story house. He doesn't have any freinds except his Mom, Dad, and...well...he doesn't really like his two sisters. He tries to get along with people in the neighborhood, but it won't work. He decides to walk around the house. He finds an unmentioned hallway in the basement. He walks down, and finds a door. He opens it and looks inside. A long passage. He closes the door and goes to get his parents. When he's back, the door isn't there. His parents leave, and when he turns around, the door is back. Is this a prank, or is it really a Dissappearing Door?

Marcy waited. She tapped her foot. She fiddled with her hair. Her brother STILL was nowhere to be found. Sighing, the eight-year-old decided that she would watch some television. Plopping onto the couch, she paused. Where was her dumb brother? "I guess he's gone to try to make friends, huh Belle?" she said, adressing the stuffed rabbit in her lap. |
