My idea is that you can upload sound with these drawbacks 1: Sounds must be 30 seconds or less 2: It has to be moderated first ---Limiters--- 3: It costs 5 Robux per second (rounded up, max 150 robux) 4: BC only (Less people uploading sounds) 5: 1 sound per hour

Redone the Idea 1: Sounds must be 30 seconds or less (300 if you pay 1 dollar) 2: It has to be moderated first ---Limiters--- 3: It costs 5 Robux per second (rounded up, max 150 robux) 4: BC only (Less people uploading sounds) 5: 1 sound per hour 6: Total 16 megabytes space per account (Can add 8 megabytes for $1.99)

Shouldn't be BC only; that would cause dependence on BCers for things which would be HUGE improvements to places (sounds make a big different), which inevitably would lead to resentment and elitism.

well 1 second costs 5 robux and I suggested it be BC only for this reason

One word can be said in less than a second. Moderating sounds aren't efficient. and they can't get everything. Not to mention they eat bandwidth. It will never happen.
