I have some suggestions that you MUST take into consideration to prevent deleters. To be clear, a deleter is a person that deletes other peoples' hard work for no reason. This, of course, annoys EVERYONE. If you ask ANY person if they have had at least one problem with deleters, they will say yes. Here are my suggestions:
1) Items bound to builder - if someone copies an item, it is bound to them and cannot be deleted or modified by anyone else. Of course, people may say "Well, what about spammers?" Well, if the person exits in anyway (Being banned, kicked, exiting on purpose, etc.), then the items they copied will leave with them.
2) Making a new rule: "Deleting things that do not belong to them", which would be bannable, depending on the seriousness of the act.
3) NO GUESTS. Many of the deleters are guests, as their accounts would get banned and it wouldn't matter, because it is a guest. Making an account is quick, easy, and free, so I don't see why we need guests.
