You can hide the chat bar.
AND: You can change the privacy settings, So you can change the options:"Users who can chat with me: All users, Friends, Best Friends, No One)
so stop nagging.

if everyone turns that chat thingy's privacy setting to no one, admins remove it in some while |

It makes my game freeze every 30 seconds, for 5 seconds...when I'm in a sword fight I die >_< |

It does not lag my game at all.
70% lag free, only thing that lags for me is when another person in the same server is lagging and has a cr@ppy computer/internet.
Pointless idea. But if the admins get enough h4te-m4il, they may do it. :P
I don't know what was wrong with this but I had to change like 5 things to get it through. >_> |

To those who say, "ZOMG it LaGs EveRRybodYZ ComPUtErZ!" No. It only lags for some people. Roblox isn't going to take it off. just hide the bar or use privacy settings. |
