It would start at the nech area (Or bottom of the block head) and go down to the end of your torso brick. (Or butt) Price and description would be up to them. I recomend tickets or a low robux price. =P

Wait I have something to add on to your idea. People should be able to design there capes. Like choose the color or put pictures on it. ;D

Cape= good idea. But it shouldn't be a hat then but rather a seperate kind of item.
