First off...
You do not care about the league.
YOu said you didn't.
You didn't try to make polls or ask for other's opinion.
You should've taken more time and watched great commishes, like vandeh, commish their leagues. (Espically in baseball)
And adding flamebait for people to post on like this just feeds the fire. |

You should've told us or made a public announcement or clarrify that you had to "GTG" or if you knew you were about to eat dinner I would ref till a sub ref would be there.

(To see where you need progress/improvement)
Second thing, you need to review the rules and make polls about what rules need to be more strict. |

You need to do polls either way.
It makes people feel they are being heard.
Not only that but it helps put in more logic in areas you may not know it really needed that untill you made that poll.
