Gear Sections for In game

I know for a lot people when they go into games that allow all gear it can be overwhelming. I think the should be split up into sections such as ranged, navigation enhancer, etc. I think this would greatly benefit people with a lot of gear.

Maybe a little GUI in the corner that says "Gear" And when you click it, all your gear comes up in a little menu...
