Friend Request Glitch

When i send a friend request to someone i don't know if they accept it or decline it doesn't give me a message saying "Your Friend Request has been accepted/declined"

Nope, when i look at the player again it says "Make best friend" and they are on my friends list.

It is actually weird because when i send it, Hes in my friends list, And i havent had a message saying that they accepted it.
