Trust me, he isn't the worst ROBLOX user just because he didn't know the backround of "Shoop-da-woop". I've seen some very innapropriate suggestions, I have had a total of 11 users threaten to kill me, and all the CE users in games are the reason I started foruming.

Shoop da whoop comes from my favorite show: Dragonball Z. When Gohan kills him he makes a huge bloated face. Nothing to do with Racism.
