For example, Chicago. Handgun ban makes more muggings/robberies. Really defeats the point of the law decreasing violence because the people who are creating violence buy illegal weapons, or buy them somewhere else, and scratch the numbers off. GUNS THAT ARE BOUGHT THE RIGHT WAY ARE ALMOST NEVER USED IN CRIMES.
