There was a world, much like Earth. The world is unknown to the humans on Earth, so the planet won't have a name. 5 tribes live in the unknown planet. And somehow, the same human race begins there.
About the tribes: 1 tribe area is made of ice (they live on an iceberg), another lives an land, another lives on a floating island (yes, they do have floating land, like Pandora in the movie AVATAR), the last tribe lives on a desert biome,
The tribes will now know anything about the other tribes. But one day, they meet.

To name the world, make up a name. Atleast 2 tribes must agree with you with the world's name.
And I? I, am just a....god.... . So I put up storms, make it sunny, make animals, and stuff like that. But don't report me, I'm not talking about other existing religions.
