When I send a message with pass*word in it I get banned for 7 days, I remember my friend got hacked so I said try sending your pass and some details to builderman to try and get it back and I get banned for helping out...

The mods don't take chances. They don't want anything regarding account information to be shared. And he didn't get "hacked," he got PGed. There's a major difference.
