This is an Electromagnetic Pluse Missile Launcher from the future. It destroys everything, disable everything but it can't disable living things. When the missile hits, it will cause an sparking blue explosion that destroys and disable the object(if it happens to be a living thing, it will killed it but does not disable it like I said before). The missile is fast which is also hard to dodge it.
