please help with my lag

All I did was make my vip building, it does have allot in it but you cant see inside it unless you go inside the vip room. the lag only happenes when im building though not when im playing on the server

becuase when your building it takes place on your computer, not a roblox server. if you really want to get rid of that lag you need a better computer
