It's for a place in Roblox, so it isn't. It is only illegal if you build a real one outside of Roblox.

Well, sorry, I spent most of my tix on VIP shirts or clan shirts. I only asked for one tycoon factory, but maybe I'll use the free full tycoon that's in my models instead of having noobs telling me to pay 10k tix for one factory.
