When you want tell a code to a door or command... The server hears it... Thats when In-game chat coms in... It's like the chat bar thats near the bottem of your screen... But in-game...

He meant chatting to a specific person but we can do that there's a script for it, it was in Metal Tycoon if I remember correctly........
